ORANGE CHIFFON CAKE WITH BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
Unsalted Butter - 100 grams
Confectioners Sugar / Icing Sugar - 400 grams
Orange Juice - 2 to 3 tblspn
Orange Essence few drops
Orange Zest - 1/2 tsp
Orange Food Colouring a pinch
Method:
Sift icing sugar and set aside
Take butter in a bowl and beat till fluffy using a electric beater. Add in icing sugar slowly and beat till creamy. Add little orange juice and keep whipping till it gets creamy.
Keep on adding icing sugar and keep mixing. It will slowly get creamy and fluffy.
Now finally add in orange essence, food colouring and orange zest. Mix well.
Orange buttercream frosting is ready .
Vanilla buttercream frosting

Unsalted Butter - 250 grams room temperature
Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar - 1 Kg sifted
Vanilla Essence - 1 tblspn
Milk - 3 to 4 tblspn
Method:
Sieve the icing sugar really well.
Beat butter very well till it gets fluffy.
Add 2 cups of of the sugar, one at a time and beat well...Pour in 1 tblspn of milk and continue beating.
Now add another 2 cups of of the icing sugar one cup at a time and beat well..now add another tblspn of milk and beat well.
Continue to beat till it gets fluffy and shiny.
Add in vanilla essence and beat till fluffy.
Add in vanilla essence and beat till fluffy.
Vanilla buttercream frosting is ready.
