RICE PISTA PHIRNI
Ingredients:
Milk - ½ litre
Basmati rice - 2 tbl sp
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Cardamom - ¼ tsp
Powdered pista - 1 tblsp
Pista - 5

Condensed milk - 1 small tin
Saffron - ½ tsp ( optional )

Method :
Wash and soak the rice for half an hour. Then grind it in the mixie coarsely.
When the rice is well cooked add sugar, cardamom powder and powdered pista. When sugar melts add saffron and stir.
Add condensed milk and cook along.
Finally garnish with pista and serve hot or cold.
