CARROT GREEN APPLE JUICE

2. Cut the apples into quarters. Mind  peeling .

4. Cut ends off carrots. Don't  bother peeling.
   
   
5. Put all the apple slices and carrots into the juicer,Or blender add water filter if needed .
   
   
6. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice into and mix.
7. 
   
8. Add in sugar or sugar syrup for sweetness . 
   
   
9. Drink immediately.
