CRISPY AIRY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

Unsalted Butter 115 g
Sugar powder 150g
Maidha 100g
Wheat flour 50g
Corn flour 50g
Baking powder 2 g
Milk 20 ml
Vanilla essence ½ ts
Chocolate chips 100 g




METHOD :

Mix the maidha , wheat and corn flour.

Take a bowl add butter, powder sugar, cream it.

Add the mixed flour , baking powder, milk, vanilla essence, add half of the chocolate chips.

Mix into a dough. Keep the dough in fridge for 15 min.

Roll it and cut them into round shape and press 2 to 3 choco chip over each biscuits and arrange the biscuits in the tray.

Bake them at 180 c for 15 minutes.
