PAZHAM NURUKKU

INGREDIENTS

Banana -2 (nenthra pazham )
Jaggery -2 pieces
Water -1/2 cup
Ghee -2 tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp



 Method: 


Cut ripe banana into one inch round pieces.



Pour water and add the jeggery in a pan,heat until the jaggery melts.strain to remove dirt . 



Heat ghee in a pan 

and transfer banana into the hot pan



When the banana turn light brown in colour add melted jaggery to it.



Mix well and cook it for 5 minute in medium flame.add cardamom powder and remove from the flame after it becomes think. 


 The melted jaggery will turns into caramelized jaggery sauce  . 



Tasty pazham nurukku is ready to serve.
