AGAR-AGAR SWEET (DESSERT)

    AGAR-AGAR MILK PUDDING
 RAW AGAR-AGAR
 SOAKING AGAR-AGAR
                                
Ingredients :
Agar-Agar 1 pack
4 cups milk
few drops of vanilla essence
sugar to taste
Method :
wash the agar-agar with water. Soak the agar-agar into the milk and stir. Bring the milk to a boil. Keep stirring to avoid the agar from sticking to the bottom. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until the agar has completely dissolved. Then add sugar and dissolve. Cool and then add the essence, Pour it into either molds or into a flat dish. Refrigerate about 2-3 hrs or until set. Before serving cut it into shapes of your liking or unmould if using molds.


 AGAR-AGAR JELLY

Ingredients :
6 cups water
1 pack agar-agar
Sugar as needed
few drops essence
Few drops red food coloring

Method :

Wash agar-agar in water. Take clean water and soak the agar-agar on the water. Slowly bring to the boil until the agar-agar get dissolved. It should takes about 10 minutes. Add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and pour 2 cups of the dissolved jelly into a bowl. Add some red coloring and flavor with the rose essence. Stir and pour into a glass bowl before refigerating.
Once the jelly has sets. Serve directly from the glass bowl.
