MUSHROOM SOUP


Ingredients:


 200 g Fresh mushroom

4 tblspn chopped onions

1 tblspn tablespoons garlic chopped

1 sliced green chilli

2 tablespoons butter 

1 tsp white vinegar 

1 tsp soya sauce 

2-3 tablespoons corn flour 

2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth or rice water 

1 cup light cream

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1⁄4 teaspoon pepper



Method:


  • Cut the mushrooms into slices. (I used beech mushroom)


  • Melt butter in large frying pan. Add in onions, garlic, g.chilli and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.

  • Add in the chicken broth / veg broth / rice water ( I used ricw water for this recipe ) and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.


  • Add white vinegar and soya suace. 

  • Mix corn flour with water and add in.



  • Add in cream to soup. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently.




  • Serve and enjoy!
