MUSHROOM SOUP
Ingredients:
200 g Fresh mushroom
4 tblspn chopped onions
1 tblspn tablespoons garlic chopped
1 sliced green chilli
2 tablespoons butter
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
2-3 tablespoons corn flour
2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth or rice water
1 cup light cream
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Method:
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. (I used beech mushroom)
- Melt butter in large frying pan. Add in onions, garlic, g.chilli and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
- Add in the chicken broth / veg broth / rice water ( I used ricw water for this recipe ) and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.
- Add white vinegar and soya suace.
- Mix corn flour with water and add in.
- Add in cream to soup. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently.
- Serve and enjoy!
