EGGLESS MOLTEN LAVA CAKE

Ingredients:


All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup

Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup

Sugar - little less than 1 cup 

Baking Powder - 1 tsp

Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - 1 tsp

Salt a pinch

Milk - 1/2 cup ( little more if the batter is think ) 

Oil - 4 tablespoon

Chocolate Bar ( Use dairymilk, silk or any good melting chocolate)


Method:


Take all the ingredients except chocolate in a bowl and mix really well. 




Now grease the pan really well with oil and place butter paper.


Pour the batter in and place chocolate chunk in the center.



Pop this in pre heated oven and bake for 20 minutes.


Remove it and let it sit for 2 to 3 mins.




Take out the cake from pan . 

Cut and enjoy the molten lava cake.. 




Notes:


Use good quality melting chocolate for the best lava part. Dairy milk, bournville, dairymilk silk is perfect. (I used good quality melting dark chocolate)

Dont over cook the cake, it will get cooked in 1 min. After you remove the cake from oven it will keep on cooking.

Cook on high temp in microwave.
