Podi idili
Take 5 idlis..cut them with knife into small pieces ..
Heat a tbsp ghee/gingelly oil.. Fry a tsp mustard, urad dal, hing, curry leaves, sliced onions ,turmeric powder..
add idli milagai podi 2 tsps , add the idli pieces ..mix well.. saute till all blends..
garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
