VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Ingredients:

Unsalted Butter - 250 grams  softened ( room temperature)

Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar - 600 gm 

Vanilla Essence - 1 tblspn

Milk - 2 tblspn



Method: 

In a large bowl cream the butter till pale and fluffy .



Add the sugar quarter at a time and beat well...



Now add another quarter of the icing sugar one at a time and beat well..now add vanilla essence and milk continue to beat till fluffy ...



Continue to beat till it gets fluffy and shiny..



Keep icing covered and chilled until frosting .
