CHAPATI NOODLES
Ingredients:
Chapati- 3 cut into thin strips
Onion- 1 large finelt sliced
Tomato-1 small diced
Capsicum- 1 small diced
Carrot-1 cut into lengthwise
Green chilli-2
Coriander Powder – 1 tblspn
Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder -1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp
Egg - 2
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Oil – 1 tblspn
Method:
Heat oil in a wok or kadai. Add onions and green chilli and fry for 3 mins.
Add carrots and cook for 5 mins till they are half cooked.
Break open egg into it and scramble cook well.
Season with salt, Add all spice powders and mix well.
Now add in cut up chapatti and mix well.
Add the cubed tomatoes and capsicum and toss well .
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
