RAGI PEANUT PAKODA

Method
- Ragi flour 1 cup
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
- Drumstick Spinach 1cup (finely chopped- optional)
- Pea nuts - 3 tblspoon
- Onion 1 medium(thinly sliced)
- Ginger 2 tsp(finely chopped_
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Hing 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- wash the veggies and chop them finely and keep aside.
- Take a mixing bowl,add the flour,salt n dry powders stir well and add spinach,cabbage,onion,ginger , peanuts and mix well.
- Add a table spoon full of hot oil and start mixing .
- Using water ,make it to a thick dough.(if you want you can also add some cashew nuts too)
- Heat oil in a wok for frying, when it gets hot, drop small patches of dough in to the hot oil and fry till turn crisp.
- Then remove from the oil and drain in a paper towel.
- Serve the crispy ragi pakoda with a cup of hot tea/coffee.
