SPICY CHICKEN CURRY
Ingredients
Chicken-1/2 kg
Onion-2 big
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Freshly powdered Garam masala-2tsp
cooking oil-2 tbsp
Coriander leaves-2tbsp
Chilli chicken powder-1 tbsp
Chilly powder-1 tbsp
Green chilly -small slits
Coconut milk-1/4 cup
Tomato- 1 big
Salt-to taste

Chilli chicken powder-1 tbsp
Chilly powder-1 tbsp
Green chilly -small slits
Coconut milk-1/4 cup
Tomato- 1 big
Salt-to taste
Marinate
After cleaning the chicken with salt and vinegar,marinate with ginger garlic paste,freshly prepared garam masala,salt,mint leaves and some red chilly powder.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion chopped.Add some salt.When it turns to brown,add in ginger garlic paste cook then add the tomato.Let it cook for a while.
Add the chilly powder,pepper powder,chilli chicken masala powder.
Keep stirring with out adding water for 5 minutes.
Add in the chicken add salt and close the lid for cooking .
Pour very little water and cook the chicken well after closing the lid.
When chicken is fully done,pour in the coconut milk .
In a tadka pan heat little oil stir the slit green chilli fry it and add it to the chicken curry .
Close the lid again until the gravy thickens and oil starts separating.
Transfer the curry to serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves .
