EGG BONDA

Ingredients : 

Egg -3 half silted

Gram flour/ besan - 1/2 cup 

Rice flour -1 table spoon 

Chilli powder - 1/4 table spoon 

Garam masala - 1 tea spoon 

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon 

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying 


METHOD: 

Boil the eggs. Remove the shell and cut into two halves and have it ready. 


In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, garam masala , ginger garlic paste . 


Add water little by little and make it as a thick batter. 


Dip the cut egg piece and make sure it is coated on all sides with the batter.


Heat oil in a pan and drop the coated egg in to the oil. 

NOTE : Make sure the batter is little thick than the usual bhajji batter so that it gets coated on the egg. 


Fry them till it turns golden brown and then transfer to the plate and serve.
