TUNA SUBJI

Ingredients:

Tuna – 1 can (packed in water)
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Onions – 1 medium, chopped
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbl spoon
Tomatoes – 1 large chopped
Green Chilli – to taste
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Tandoori Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Lime Juice – to taste





Method:

Heat the Oil on medium flame in a wok-type pan, add in the Onions and allow them to get translucent.


Once done, add in the Ginger, Garlic and the Green Chillies.




add in the Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder and the Tandoori Masala.




Mix well and cook for 30-40 seconds.
Add in Tomatoes.



Add in the Tuna, squeezed out of water Add it ,Mix and add salt.






Cover and cook for 5 min, allow the Tuna to get hot and the Tomatoes to soften up a bit.


Add in the Lime Juice and mix well.


Serve hot with Chapatis, Parathas or Nan.
