GINGER BROCCOLI STIR FRY NOODLES


Ingredients:


1 cup cooked Hakka noodles 

1/2 tbl spoon minced garlic

1/2 tbl spoon minced ginger

1 slit green chilli 
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 cup sliced white onions 

1/2 cup chopped broccoli 
2 teaspoons canola oil

1 egg 
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Freshly crushed black pepper 




Method : 


Cook noodles with salt drain and keep aside 




Heat a large skillet, add the canola /olive oil.  Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.  Add the White onions, green chilli and broccoli ,  cooking for 10-12 minutes, covered with a lid, until tender.  Add in the egg mix well. Add salt as needed . 



Toss the cooked noodles add the soya sauce and white vinegar . 




Toss well to coat . Serve with spring onion garnishing .
