CLEAR HEALTHY VEGGIES SOUP 3
Ingredients :
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Mushroom - 1/2 cup
Ginger julienne - 1 tbl spoon
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed pepper to taste
Water - 4 to 5 cups
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed pepper to taste
Water - 4 to 5 cups
Vinegar- 1 tblspoon
Egg white of 1 egg
Method :
Chop all veggies
Heat oil in a sauce pan
Saute all veggies for 4 min
Add vinegar
Pour water
Bring to boil with closed lid
Whisk the egg white and add and stir
Allow to cook
Serve soup hot with salt and freshly crushed pepper
