CLEAR HEALTHY VEGGIES SOUP 2
Ingredient:
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Purple cabbage - 1/2 cup
Radish grated - 1/2 cup
Cucumber slices - 1/2 cup
Ginger julienne - 1 tbl spoon
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed pepper to taste
Water - 4 to 5 cups
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed pepper to taste
Water - 4 to 5 cups
Vinegar- 1 tblspoon
Method :
Chop all veggies
Heat oil in a sauce pan
Saute all veggies for 4 min
Add vinegar and ginger julienne
Pour water
Bring to boil with closed lid
Serve soup hot with salt and freshly crushed pepper
