BRINJAL KOTSU
Ingredients :
Brinjal - 1
Green Chillies - 2
Chopped onions - small
Tamarind - 1 small lemon size
Mustard seeds
Curry leaf
Oil
Salt to taste
Salt to taste
Method :
Heat oil in a oak crackle mustard and curry leaf add chopped onions , green chillies and sauté add the mashed brinjal
Soak tamarind in some water and mash them well with your hands.
Add in salt
