SPICY WARLI MUTTON CURRY

INGREDINETS: 

Mutton - 1/2 kg
Green chilli - 3
Onions - 2 
Tomato- 1
Ginger & garlic paste - 2 tbl spoon
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbl spoon
Cardamom -3
Cumin seeds- 1 tbl spoon
Cloves -3
Coriander seeds - 2-3 tbl spoon
Black pepper -1 tbl spoon


For the Marinade:


Marinate the mutton with oil,turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Put it aside.

For the Garam Masala:

Grind cardamoms, cumin, coriander seeds ,pepper and garlic together. 


For the Hara Masala:

coriander seeds with green chilies, garlic, ginger, oil and salt.  

Heat oil fry the ingredients allow to cool and grind to paste.



METHOD:

Pressure cook the marinated mutton till done .

Heat Kadhai and oil and fry the onions , green chilli and ginger garlic paste.

Add chopped tomatoes. 

Add the hara masala and garam masala into it.

Add a little water.

Once the oil begins to separate from the masala, add in the cooked mutton.

Saute everything together, add water to cover and check for the salt. 

Cook for around 15 minutes minutes in slow flame.

Serve garnished with fresh coriander
