GINGER LEMON RICE


Ingredients:


Ginger juice - 2 tblsp 

Lemon Juice – 1 1/2 tblsp

Cumin Seed– 1 tsp

Mustard seed - 1 tsp

Urad dal - 1 tsp

Boiled Rice – 2 cups

Green chilli -2 

Curry leaves to splutter

Oil as required

Salt as per taste



Method:

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
Add the mustard ,cumin and urad dal and fry for 20 seconds.



Add the green chilli ,curry leaf ,ginger and lemon juice and salt as needed saute for a minute or two.





Add the cooked rice and mix till the rice are separated.



Remove and serve.
