APPLE LOAF CAKE


Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup 
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Oil  - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1
Curd / Yogurt - 1/3 cup  
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Apples - 1.5 cup grated ( pure 


Method:

Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C / 340 Degree F. Oil a loaf pan, and dust them with flour. Coat them on all sides and tap off the excess.

In a bowl. Add in eggs,  sugar, vanilla and beat well, add oil and continue beating .



Add in curd and give it a good mix.

Now sift in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder in this and mix till they are combined.


Add in grated apples ( pure) and fold to mix.




Now pour this in the prepared pan and bake t for 45- 55 mins till it is baked and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.


Let them cool in the tin for 30 mins. Invert them into a plate.




Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon  powder and dust over the cake . 


Slice and serve.
