Chena moru curry



Ingredients:

½ kg Chena 
3 Green chillies
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Red chilly powder
1 cup Curd
½ cup Grated coconut
¼ tsp Cummin seeds
¼ c Water

SaltFor Tempering:

Oil
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek seeds
2 Whole red chillies
Curry leaves


Method:

1.In a vessel put the cleaned and cut chena.
2.Add the turmeric and red chilly powder and salt.
3.Pour some water and cook till the pieces are soft.
4.In the blender put curd,grated coconut,cumin seeds, green chillies and water and blend till the mixture is very smooth.
5.Pour this to the vegetables and mix well.
6.Now heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
7.When it starts spluttering put the whole red chillies and curry leaves.
8.Pour this over the curry.


9.Serve hot with plain rice and pappadam.
