VEGGIES WITH SCRAMBLED EGG

Ingredients

1/2 cup long cut baby beans 
1/2 cup long cut carrot 
1/4 Cup Onion Chopped
1 Large Whole Egg 
Salt 
Red chilli flakes
Oil 1tsp



Method : 

Heat a nonstick pan with 1tsp of oil over medium heat. Add all vegetables and saute for about 3-5 minutes, until they begin to soften. 



Add in egg mixture and scramble together; continue to cook until eggs are cooed through, about 3-4 minutes. Add salt to taste .



Toss with red chilli flakes.

Remove from heat and serve .
