SHREDDED CHICKEN NOODLES
Ingredients :
1 cup boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
2 cups chicken hakka noodles (store-bought)
1 cups carrot thinly chopped or shredded
1 cup green, red bad yellow bell pepper chopped
1cup chopped cabage
1 cup white spring onions chopped
1 cup green spring onions chopped
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
Freshly ground pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
4 eggs
Directions to cook Noodles:
Boil the noodles in sufficient amount of water with salt and oil drain off , refresh with cold water and keep aside. (add noodles after water boils)
Heat oil in pan add cubed chicken add salt vinegar cook until done .
Stir fry carrots, bell pepper and cabbages each separately with less oil.
Stir fry on medium high flame and keep tossing.
Add pinch of salt and white pepper powder. And keep aside.
Heat the oil in a big non-stick wok Add chopped white onions after onion becomes transparent add egg and scramble it.
Add the veggies .Mix chicken, and cooked veggies together add soya sauce, and vinegar.
And keep stirring for few minutes.
Mix the noodles very well and coat properly with sauces, chicken and veggies.
Finally add chopped spring onions.
