PRAWN EGG FRY



INGREDIENTS:

PRAWNS - 250 gms 

Onion  - 1 chopped

Curry leaves

Freshly crushed pepper as needed 

Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Eggs -2

Oil to cook

Salt to taste 



Method :

WASH AND DE VEIN THE PRAWNS

GRIND THE CURRY LEAF ALONG WITH GINGER AND GARLIC

MARRINATE THE PRAWNS WITH THE GINGER , GARLIC AND CURRY LEAF PASTE ADD SALT AND TURMERRIC POWDER ALSO.

PUT LITTLE OIL IN THE FRYING PAN AND CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY, ADD THE MARRINATED PRAWNS TO IT.

COOK UNTILL ALL THE WATER FROM THE PRAWNS GET REDUSED.

ADD THE CRUSHED PEPPER AND ADD BEATEN EGG WITH SALT.

STIRR WELL TILL THE EGG IS DONE.


NOTE: SHOULD NOT OVER COOK THEN THE PRAWNS WILL GET HARDER
