NADAN EGG CURRY
Nadan egg curry
Onion - 1 sliced
Tomato - 1 sliced
Potato - 1 cubed
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 2 nos
Egg - 2 nos
Chicken masala - 2 tsp
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup thick
Curry leaves - Few
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - few
salt
Method of Nadan Egg Masala Curry Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard. When it splutters, add onion and curry leaves saute until its half cooked.
Add tomato and saute for another 2 minutes.
Add potato and chicken masala along with little water and allow them to cook.
Mean while boil egg and keep aside.
Once the potato is cooked add coconut milk and allow to boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the salt
Finally add coriander leaves, cooked egg cut in to halves and remove from flame.
