NAAN

Ingredients:

Maida-3 cup 
Yeast-1 tblspn
Salt-2 tsp
Sugar-1 tblspn
Luke Warm water as needed
Oil-1 tblspn
Butter for brushing
White sesame seeds to sprinkle 



Method:

In a mixing bowl add flour,sugar,salt,yeast together..

Pour in warm water and make a soft dough..Apply some oil and cover it with a damn cloth.

Let it rise for 30 mins..


Divide into equal balls.

Dip each balls into sesame seeds and keep aside .



Roll this into oval shape .



Heat a non-stick tawa and place the pressed naan cook on both side for 2-3 min till it gets golden spots on top and puffed up.



Show on direct flame for a sec on both sides before transferring to plate .



And brush with some butter.

Serev hot with any curry.
