FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

6 sliced of white or wheat bread
1/2 medium cup of milk
3 eggs, beaten
sugar as needed 
pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
1 tablespoon of oil / butter



Method:

Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then add the milk, cinnamon and sugar. Mix well.

Use a fork to dip each slice of bread into the mixture (one at a time). Dip it in long enough so it soaks the egg mixture both sides.

Heat the oil/ butter in a frying pan, once hot enough fry each piece of bread for 2 minutes each side until golden. Serve hot.
