BEETROOT PEPPER STIR FRY

Ingredients:

3 cups Beetroot sliced
Shallots 1/2 cup
2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
salt (requires less salt)
few curry leaves
2 tablespoon oil



Method : 

Heat oil in a kadai/pan and add garlic and curry leaves and saute for a minute.

Add chopped shallots.

Now add the chopped beets, salt coriander & pepper powders and mix well.  Simmer on low heat for approx 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Finally add crushed pepper and curry leaves and toss well . 

Transfer to serving plate.
