RAVA UPMA
Ingredients
1 Cup Rava
1 Onion
2 Green Chillies
1 carrot thinly sliced
A small piece Fresh Ginger
1 tsp Urad Dhal
Few Curry leaves
1 tbl spoon Oil
½ tsp Mustard
½ tsp Salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
Method
In a kadai, heat 1 tbl spoon add mustard when it pops up. Add the dals and fry till it turns light brown.
Add Chopped Onion, Chillies, Ginger, Carrot and Curry leaves.
Fry till onions are transparent.
Add rava and roast along...
Sprinkle water and keep on stirring until water get absorbed again add water repeat until water finishes and finally sprinkle the milk and cook in the same way add salt as necessary . stir it continuously till it get cooked.
After talking from heat add little lime juice and mix well for a better taste .
