DRAGON CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS: 

Boneless Chicken Breast cut into small -500 grams

Spring Onion for garnishing 

Oil for Deep frying


FOR MARINATION: 

Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tsp

Egg - 1

Maida - 1/2 cup

Corn Flour -1/4 cup

Ginger Garlic paste -1 tblspn

Vinegar- 1 tblspn

Salt to taste

Pepper - 1 tsp


FOR THE SAUCE:

Oil - 1 tblspn

Red Chilli flakes- 1tbl spn

Cashews - 10

White Onion - 1 large sliced thinly

Capsicum / Bell Peppers - sliced thinly( 3 colours)

Ginger Garlic Chopped finely - 1 tblspn

Red Chilli Paste - 1 tsp or paprika powder

Dark Soya sauce - 1 tsp 

Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblspn

Salt to taste

Sugar - 1 tsp




Method:

Take chicken in a bowl and add all the marination ingredients. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 mins.


Now heat oil , fry the chicken till golden .



Now heat oil in a frying pan. 

Add in dry red chilli flakes and cashews and fry the cashew.

Add the chopped ginger garlic. 



Now add in onions and bell peppers and fry in the oil.






Now add in red chilli paste, or paprika powder, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and mix well.



Cook this till the sauce thickens.

Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce. 



Add in chopped spring onions.
