CRISPY BRINJAL FRY

INGREDIENTS:

Brinjal  – 1 large
Rice Flour-1tblspn
Chilli Powder-2 tsp
Coriander Powder -1 tblspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Oil  for pan frying



METHOD:
Wash brinjals and cut off the top. 

Now slice this thinly into slices.
Sprinkle rice flour,chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.

Pour 1 tspn of oil to it.
Now heat 2 tblspn of oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the brinjals.

 Fry on both sides until crispy.

Finally splutter some curry leaf along with the brinjals.
