CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
Eggs-2
Maida-1 cup
Cocoa Powder-½ cup
Powdered Sugar-1 tblspn less than1 cup
Butter-1/4 cup melted
Vanilla essence-2 tsp
Method:
Preheat the oven for 170 degrees....
First apply oil or butter on the bottom and sides and dusting some flour on the tin and remove the excess.
In a mixing bowl crack the eggs and beat until fluffy.
Add in the Sugar and beat for 3 more mins.
Add a dash of vanilla essence and mix well.
Sift in flour , a pinch of salt and cocoa powder and fold gently utill well combined.
Pour in the melted butter or oil and fold everything well.
Pour the batter into the baking pan.
Back for 35-40 mins.
Insert a knife in the middle if it come out clean .... Your cake is baked .
Transfer into a wire rack and allow to cool.
I used nutella on top to add an icing effect .
Slice the cake and enjoy .
