BREAD FRUIT CHIPS

INGREDIENTS:

Breadfruit
Oil for deep frying
Salt water
Chilly powder

METHOD:

Peel off the skin of breadfruit. 

Prepare salt water by adding about 1 tbl spn salt to 1/2 cup of water and keep it aside.

Make thin slices and deep fry them in oil.


 When the chips are almost done, add a spoonfull of salt water. Fry till they are completely done. 

Remove them from the oil. 

If you want a spicy version of this chips , sprinkle chilli powder as per your taste.



store them in an airtight container after it cools to room temperature.
