WHEAT BANANA BREAD
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar -1/2 cup
Butter or oil – ½ cup
Salt a pinch
Egg- 1
Ripe yellow banana – 1
Milk – less than ½ cup
Vanilla essence or banana essence - 5 drops
Baking powder- ½ tsp
METHOD:
Pre-heat the oven to 170°c for 10 min.
Shift the flour 2 or 3 times along with salt and backing powder
Beat the egg, add oil or butter continue beating add powdered sugar and essence mix well.
Add the mashed banana.
Slowly add the shifted flour
add in milk to get the batter soft consistence.
Use a loaf pan to bake this , grease it with oil before pouring the batter.
Bake at 170°c for 25-30 min.
