BASIC BUN/ STUFFINGS


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 1/2 cups Maidha
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1cup warm water or milk
  • Sesame seeds


Yeast - I used dried one ,u can do with active yeast too


METHOD

-In a Bowl take yeast , sugar and soak in warm water for 10 min , mix well till the yeast get dissolved 

-add milk and egg beat well 

-now add the melted butter or oil 

-mix well with salt

-add in the flour and mix the dough very soft if needed add milk no need to add water

-knead the dough well and make a done shape and place wet cotton cloth over it 

-rest the dough for 30 min 

-now the dough will be double in size 

-again tap the dough and knead it well
 
-then make into desire shapes 




-make a paste with egg white , sugar and butter and brush on the top of each

-sprinkle sesame seeds on top again brush the egg white on top


-place on the oil greased pan and bake it on180 degree for 15-20 min

-or till u see a golden crust over the bun

FOR CHICKEN STUFFING

-Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and green chilli fry till golden 

-add the shredded chicken add salt , garam masala and ginger garlic paste 

-pour little water cook I slow flame

-add pepper powder garnish with coriander 


This is corn , fish and potato stuffing




FISH STUFFING 


-Heat oil in pan 

-add in chopped onions and green chilli

-ginger garlic paste and salt

-add to it garam masala, pepper powder

-add boiled sweet corn , steamed fish and potatoes

-finally spoon of soya Sauce

-garnish with coriander leaves
