PINEAPPLE CAKE





Maida – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar -1/2 cup
Butter or oil – ½ cup
Salt a pinch
Egg- 1
Ripe pineapple– 1
Milk – less than ½ cup
Pineapple essence- 5 drops
Baking powder- ½ tsp


METHOD:
Pre-heat the oven to 180°c for 10 min.
Beat the egg, add oil or butter continue beating add powdered sugar and vanilla essence mix well.
Add the pineapple pure.
Slowly add the sieved maida flour; salt and baking powder add milk in-between till the cake batter got the dosa batter consistence.
Bake at 180°c for 25-30 min.
