PANEER BHURJI - SCRAMBLED PANEER
Ingrediants:
paneer – 1 pack
Onion-1 chopped
finely
Tomatoes – 2
chopped finely
Green Chilli- 1
chopped finely
Cumin Seeds – 1
tsp
Coriander Powder
-1 tblspn
Cumin Powder -1
tsp
Chilli Powder -1
tsp
Garam Masala
Powder -1 tsp
Turmeric Powder –
½ tsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Now add in onions,
green chillies and mix well..Cook until it gets light golden.
Add in all chilli,
coriander, turmeric, cumin powders and mix well.
Add in tomatoes
and cook untill it turns mushy.
Now add in garam
masala powder and mix well.
Add the scrambled
paneer and mix well.
Cook everything
for 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
