OATS COOKIES
Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or maida
1 cup nuts raisins
1 tblsp rice flour
METHOD
· Beat the eggs.
· In a mixer blend brown sugar and sugar and beat along with the eggs.
· Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and oatmeal. The mixture will look coarse like corn meal.
· Add nuts, and raisin, drop by the teaspoonful on a greased cookie tray or backing tray.
· Bake at 350°f / 180°c for 12 – 15 min minutes.
NOTE:i have crushed the oats in a mixer to make it little more finer....
