HERBAL SPICED COFFEE


Water
Coffee  powder
Jaggery
Tulsi leaves- 10-15
Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
Black pepper- 10
Jeera- 1 tsp

How to do

Boil 3 cups of water
Add the tulsi leaves
Freshly add the spices by just a run in mixi..... not to be powdered
Add this to the boiling water
Add required jaggery
Add 1 tsp of coffee powder
Allow to boil for 5 min
Now turn off the heat
Give time to settle
Filter and serve.....

Note: for kids no need to ground the spice....
U can also use sugar instead of jaggery.... but jaggery is a source of iron......
