EGG CURRY

INGREDIENTS

Sliced onions - 2 cups
Sliced tomatoes - 1 cup
Ginger / garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon
Diced potatoes - 1 cup
Coconut milk - 2 cups
Garam masala - 1 spoon
Chicken masala - 1 spoon
Turmerric powder - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves to splutter
Coriander leaves to garnish
Whole garam masala's to splutter( cardoman, clove, cinamon, fennel seeds, bay leaves)
Boiled eggs - 4-5
Oil
Salt

HOW TO DO

Heat oil in a pan
Splutter the whole garam masalas and curry leaves
Add sliced onions cook
Add sliced tomatoes
Add ginger garic paste
Now add the chopped potatoes add salt
Sprinkle little water and cook for sometime
Now add the powdered garam masala and chicken masala
Add the coconut milk and check for the salt
Let it cook
After the oil gets seperates add the boiled eggs....
(U can cut the eggs into 2 halfs or just make some slits around it )
Let the curry boil for 2 to 3 more min
Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve

It goes well with puri..... for kids
