SPICY FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients:

sandwich bread- 4 slices

Eggs- 2

Onions-1 large

Green chili- 2

Ginger small

coriander leaves

freshly crushed pepper

clove 2

cinnamon stick small bit

fennel seeds 4  (if liked)

milk

salt

Gee or oil for toasting 

how to make:

-  Grind onion, green chili, ginger, clove, cinnamon stick and fennel seeds.and salt but not as a smooth paste….. 

-Add finely chopped coriander leaves to it .

- Beat the eggs add the above ground paste now make it as pouring consistency by adding milk

- Now dip the bread in this egg batter and toast with gee or oil in a hot tawa.  (Or toast with in a bread toaster )

- sprinkle freshly ground black pepper

·       serve with tomato ketchup
