BREAD EGG PULAO- BREAKFAST
INGREDIENTS:
BREAD SLICES- 10
CHOPPED ONIONS- 2
CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
MILK ¼ CUP
BUTTER
EGGS- 5
SALT
PAPPER
HOW TO PREPARE:
CUT THE BREAD SLICES INTO CUBES
IN A PAN TOAST THE BREAD PIECES WITH MELTED BUTTER
BREAK 2 EGGS OVER IT AND COOK AS IF IT GETS COATED OVER EACH BREAD PIECES
SPRINKLE THE MILK OVER TO WET THE BREAD SLIGHTLY
REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND KEEP ASIDE
PUT BUTTER IN PAN AND FRY THE ONIONS, G.CHILLIES ADD THE REMAINING 3 EGGS AND SCRAMBLE THE EGGS, NOW ADD SALT AS NEEDED
MIX THE ABOVE PREPARED BREAD TO THIS AND SPRINKLE CRUSHED PEPPER AND FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES OVER IT
