EASY EVENING SNACK- SWEET




INGREDIENTS:

MAIDA FLOUR  - 1/2 KG

SUGAR  - 1/2 KG (OR) FEW SPOONS LESS

EGG  - 4

CARDAMON  - 2

(OR)

VANILLA ESSENCE  - FEW DROPS

BUTTER  - 1 TBS

PINCH OF SALT

OIL  - FOR DEEP FRYING


METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1) BEAT EGG WITH SUGAR UNTILL ALL GETS DISSOLVES.

2) ADD THE CARDAMON POWDER OR VANILLA ESSENCE.

3) ADD THE FLOUR, SALT AND BUTTER

4) MIX WELL AND MAKE A DOUGH

5) NOW ROLL THEM INTO DESIRE SHAPES

6) HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND DEEP FRY THE SHAPED DOUGH, TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN.
