BREAD JAMMUN- SWEET
INGREDIENTS:
BREAD - 1 PACK
SUGAR - 2 CUPS
WATER - 2 CUPS
CRUSHED CARDAMON -2
OIL - FOR DEEP FRYING
METHOD:
1) CUT THE CORNERS OF THE BREAD
2) SOAK THE BREAD IN WATER AND SQUEEZ OUT THE EXCESS WATER
3) MAKE THEM IN TO SMALL BALL
4) DEEP FRY THE BALL IN OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR
5) PREPARE SUGAR SYRUP WITH 2 CUPS OF SUGAR AND 2 CUPS OF WATER
6) ADD THE CRUCHED CARDAMON INTO THE SURUP WHILE BOILING
7) THEN SOAK THE FRIED BALL OVER NIGHT BEFORE SERVING
