CAPCICUM PEPPER CHICKEN FRY



Ingredients

Bone less chicken-250 gms
Refined oil- for frying
3 big Capsicum (red, yellow and green)

2 big onions
salt to taste

1 Egg
1 teaspoon Chinese salt (ajinomoto)
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 small cup water






Cut the capsicums into slices.








Cut boneless chicken into slices, Marinate the chicken with 1 egg white, corn flour, water and salt.




Cut the Onions into slices.


slice the ginger and garlic.



Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the chicken.


Take another pan. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add onion, salt and capsicum cook for 1 min.Add the fried chicken. Add black pepper powder, soya sauce , ajinomoto and vinegar.



Fry for 2 mins and the dish is ready to serve.


NOTE: SHOLUD NOT OVER COOK THE CAPCICUM, IT SHOULD BE CHRUNCHY...
