SOYA BEAN RICE- KIDS LUNCH BOX SPL




Ingredients :
RICE-2 cups
SOAK SOYA BEAN -1 cup soaked In water overnight 
WATER - 4 cups
MASALA TO GROUND:

GREEN CHILLIE -----3NOS
CORIENDER LEAVES ------1 cup
GINGER------- 1 inch
GARLIC---------3 Flakes 
Ingredients :

Chicken masala powder/ mutton masala powder - as desired 
Gee -3 tb sp
Chopped onions -1onion

METHOD     
 TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER ADD GEE . NOW ADD THE ONION IN IT, WHEN THE ONION TURN TRANSLUCENT ADD THE GROUND MASALA IN IT AND FRY FOR 3 MIN. NOW ADD THE SOAKED RICE AND SOYA BEAN TO IT. ADD SALT , WHEN BOILING ADD THE CHICKEN OR MUTTON MASALA TO IT AND PRESSURE COOK  TILL THE RICE IS DONE.
