RADISH SOUP- REDUCES BODY WEIGHT


 RADISH SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

1 large radish
2"inch ginger piece
salt to taste

 HOW TO PREPARE THE SOUP:
  1. peel the skin of the radish and ginger
  2. cut into circles
  3. boil 3 cups of water along with the radish and ginger
  4. filter and serve with salt
NOTE:

THIS DRINK IS VERY HELPFUL IN REDUCING BODY WIGHT
THIS SHOUL BE TAKEN IN EARLY MORNING BEFORE BREAKFAST.
