RADISH SOUP- REDUCES BODY WEIGHT
RADISH SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
1 large radish
2"inch ginger piece
salt to taste
HOW TO PREPARE THE SOUP:
- peel the skin of the radish and ginger
- cut into circles
- boil 3 cups of water along with the radish and ginger
- filter and serve with salt
THIS DRINK IS VERY HELPFUL IN REDUCING BODY WIGHT
THIS SHOUL BE TAKEN IN EARLY MORNING BEFORE BREAKFAST.
