CARROT SOUP


 
 CARROT SOUP

 
INGREDIENTS:

3 large carrots
2 large tomatos
10 garlic peeled
2 inch ginger
1 tsp jeera
1tsp pepper
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
few curry leaves
few coriander leaves
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE CARROT SOUP:

  • clean and peel the skin of the carrot.
  • blend togather carrots, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, jeera, pepper, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • melt the butter in the heavy based vessel and cook the above mixture for few minutes.
  • now add the water and again cook the mixture for sometimes.
  • remove from the flame and add 1 tblsp of butter to the hot soup.
  • before serving add pepper powder, salt and garam masala.
NOTE:

FOR KIDS FILTER THE SOUP BEFORE SERVING
FOR DIET CONCIOUS AND ADULTS USE OIL INSTEAD OF BUTTER.
